My extensive land and natural resource management experience, as well as my GIS mapping skills, provide an excellent base to help buyers and sellers meet their land goals. I have always had a strong passion for helping others and view myself as more in the business of land and real estate consulting than sales. I feel it is extremely important to listen to my client’s needs, which will enable them to make prudent decisions. Being raised on a farm in the Willamette Valley of Oregon, I understand the day to day operations of a farm. I have always loved learning and have achieved a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management and a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping. In addition I have over 12 years of experience working in the agricultural, natural resources, and GIS mapping fields. Working with the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS), Farm Service Agency (FSA), the Oregon Department of Water Resources (ODWR), and other agencies has helped me to gain experience in working with various farmers and landowners in building natural resource land management plans, obtaining grants, and mapping water rights. Not only do I admire and understand western Oregon landscapes, I also have experience managing ranches as well as over 2000 acres of public timber and range lands in Montana. I am very knowledgeable with land issues as well as know how to manage them. I am very hard working and always put my best effort forward to help my clients meet their needs. When not working, you will find me outdoors riding my horse, caring for the livestock on my small farm, or camping and fishing. I very active in the community and enjoy volunteering with youth 4-H and FFA clubs.
